It's at the last moment that he sees her, just as she's preparing to leave.

He thinks she's going to pretend he's not there but she stops then, turns slowly to face him.

He watches. She waits. Waits for him to speak, to say words that will make it okay for her to stay.

A glimmer of something that feels a lot like pleading lights her eyes, so desperate, so painfully hopeful, that he fights a rising need to close his own.

It's only then, with his silence as an echo, she turns her back and walks out of sight.

I loved the ep too, but Owen is getting on my nerves now, I don't like the turn he's taking ... it's weird.

God, Owen has been getting on my nerves since he stuck a knife into those pigs. I can't STAND him and I REALLY wish he and Teddy would take off together and never, ever come back forever and ever, amen.

That episode was really the first Alex has had devoted to his backstory in five and a half seasons, and it was completely over run by his bullshit and he's been around what? Five seconds? Gah. Go away.

I enjoy Owen, but not when he's like that & Teddy can just hop back on her broomstick and fly away ... I haven't disliked a character this much since Erica.

I want another Alex episode... hopefully we won't have to wait another six seasons.
