I loved how everything was a by-product of Izzie back to work and not the focus. and It was all about her. Oh... YAY! That was definitely my intention. This was about Izzie, about her struggle to fit back in, about the ways she's had to change and move on in order to find her place again. George and Alex and the others are all a factor, but they're not the focus, like you said... they're by-products, for now anyway.
